Helping Wisconsin’s Children Grow, Connect, and Succeed
At LifeLink Behavioral Health Inc., we are proud to partner with families and counties across Wisconsin through the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program — a Medicaid-funded program that helps children with disabilities live safely and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality, and individualized support services that promote independence, inclusion, and lifelong growth.
We believe that with the right supports, every child can achieve meaningful progress and a greater sense of confidence and belonging.
Our CLTS Services
LifeLink Behavioral Health Inc. provides a range of approved services under the CLTS Waiver, designed to support each child’s growth, independence, and family stability. Our team works in home, school, and community settings to create a consistent, supportive environment where children can practice and apply their skills in real life.

Community Integration Services
We help children actively participate in their communities by building social, communication, and safety skills. Our staff support children in real-world environments like parks, stores, and community programs to promote independence and inclusion.
Supports may include:
- Learning to interact safely in public spaces
- Participating in recreational or educational activities
- Developing social and communication skills
- Practicing appropriate community behavior and awareness

Counseling and Therapeutic Services
Our therapeutic team provides emotional and behavioral support to help children understand their feelings, develop coping skills, and build stronger family relationships.
Supports may include:
- Individual or family counseling
- Behavior management and coping strategies
- Emotional regulation and communication skills
- Support for anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
Each therapy plan is tailored to the child’s goals and delivered in collaboration with families and county coordinators.

Daily Living Skills Training
We teach children the skills they need to be more independent at home and in their communities. This hands-on training helps children gain confidence and take pride in their accomplishments.
Supports may include:
- Personal hygiene, grooming, and self-care
- Household chores and organization
- Following routines and time management
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Safety awareness and problem-solving

Family and Unpaid Caregiver Supports
Caring for a child with special needs requires patience, energy, and understanding. LifeLink provides training, guidance, and respite supports to help families and caregivers manage their responsibilities and maintain balance.
Supports may include:
- Parent and caregiver coaching
- Respite opportunities for relief and self-care
- Family education on behavioral and communication strategies
- Coordination with the child’s service team
We focus on helping families feel confident and supported every step of the way.
