Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) – Dane County
LifeLink provides Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Dane County for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and/or substance use needs. Services are recovery-oriented, culturally responsive, and designed to support long-term stability and community integration.
Who CCS is for
CCS is a voluntary program for individuals who benefit from ongoing or short-term psychosocial rehabilitation related to mental health or substance use conditions. Services are personalized and based on each participant’s strengths, goals, and needs.

- Individual and group psychotherapy
- Skill development and recovery support
- Medication management support and care coordination
- Physical health monitoring related to wellness
- Individual and family psychoeducation
- Advocacy and self-advocacy skill building
Trauma-Informed & Specialized Care
Services are provided using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, which may include CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and other recovery-focused interventions, as clinically appropriate.
Family & Community Support
With participant consent, family members and natural supports may be involved in services. Supports are delivered in community-based settings whenever possible to promote real-world skill use and independence.
